The Delegation was accompanied by a delegation from Government and Gadaref State Peoples Water Organisation and evelopment, to inspect the Water Harvest Project of the Gadaref State Peoples Water Organisation. The Gadaref State Peoples Water Organisation created the lake seen in the background by harvesting rain water to irrigate the agricultural lands a very successful project by the State, the project is planned to be duplicated throughout the State to expand the Agricultural Product for local and commercial markets.

The lake to be seen is harvested rain-water that is then used to irrigate Agricultural lands.
The Foundation is working with the Garadef State and Gadaref State Peoples Water Organisation towards the further expansion of this project, within Gadaref, and throughout the Sudan on the IHF Development Agenda.
